Get Started with the CityVet App in 3 Simple Steps
(1) Download the CityVet App
Search for "CityVet" on the App Store or Google Play, or simply scan the QR code to download the app.
(2) Log In with Your Mobile Number
Log in using the mobile number registered under your CityVet account. If you are unsure which phone number you registered with, please contact our clinic staff for verification assistance.
(3) Enter the One-Time Verification Code
The system will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your mobile phone via SMS. Enter the code to log into the CityVet App. Once successfully logged in, you can view your appointments, receive health alerts, and explore the latest exclusive offers.
